The site could not handle the traffic on the night of the Iowa caucuses, the pages loaded extremely slowly or not at all. You didn't know if your order had been placed or if you had successfully cancelled an order.
This was the first in a long line of important trading dates in the market.
Are any steps being taken to address this problem?
In light of the trouble that the site again had on the night of the Alabama election, it's evident that server capacity is still far short of what's necessary to handle traffic during high volume events.
In anticipation of future dates sure to generate high traffic from members and curious non-members alike, I urge you to expand capacity so that loyal, longstanding PI account holders aren't frozen out again from trading at critical moments.
