Federal Interference with Legal State Cannabis Sales?

Trump said during the campaign that legalization of Cannabis should be an issue each state should decide. Trump's new attorney General has said he opposes allowing states to legaiize Cannabis. Which policy will prevail?
We might want two claims here:
a) if statewide legal cannabis sales are interrupted in any state which allowed legal sales as of 11/1/16(Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Colorado) because of federal actions.
b) if for some period non-state is condulting legal cannabis sales for other than medical reasons.
I think theses would be moderately high interest claims.
