Will the US pass a gun control bill in 2018?
As much as I would like to see a gun control bill passed demanding more background checks, I consider the chances lower than 10ct for such a bill in 2018. I don't think a bet that always stays below 10ct is worthwhile.
. . . If the bet happens: How exactly would be a "gun control bill" defined? What is the threshold that would make a bill a valid gun control bill? Would be a bill banning bump stocks be sufficient?
